对地方性甲状腺肿病区女性的元素失衡评估

论证。由于俄罗斯北部(Magadan)长期存在地方性甲状腺肿病区,该现象的研究尤为重要。地方性甲状腺肿被视为区域性生物地球化学失调的表现,其主要诱因包括环境甲状腺肿诱导物的作用以及宏量和微量元素的失衡。
目的。通过整合指标——元素系统适应指数,评估处于生育高峰期的年轻女性机体元素系统的失衡情况,并分析其与血清促甲状腺激素(TSH, thyroid stimulating hormone)水平的关系。
材料与方法。采用光谱分析法测定头发样本中25种宏量和微量元素的含量,促甲状腺激素水平采用基于顺磁性颗粒的化学发光免疫测定法进行检测。
结果。在血清TSH水平处于低正常和高正常范围的女性群体中,元素失衡的特征在缺乏元素的组成上具有相似性,但元素缺乏的总发生率存在显著差异:TSH水平处于低正常范围的女性群体中,元素缺乏的总发生率最高,为323%;而在高正常范围的女性群体中,该数值为203%。元素过量现象较为罕见,主要发生于TSH水平较高的群体。
结论。研究结果表明,在评估人体元素状态于不同功能状态和健康风险下的各种方法中,元素系统适应指数可作为衡量体内及系统间元素重组的有效标志物。在TSH水平处于低正常范围的女性群体中,该指数为86.50(单位),略高于TSH水平处于高正常范围的女性群体(75.33单位)。
