Аннотация
Статья посвящена анализу современных отечественных и зарубежных парадигм социальной работы и реабилитации мужчин с инвалидностью, включая участников специальной военной операции. Рассмотрена эволюция теоретических подходов к инвалидности — от классических медицинской и социальной моделей к современным интегративным концепциям, включая биопсихосоциальный и агентно-ресурсный подходы. Особое внимание уделено роли маскулинности как социально-психологического фактора, влияющего на адаптацию и интеграцию мужчин с инвалидностью в общественную жизнь.
Проанализированы результаты эмпирических исследований, основанных на медико-социальном подходе к инвалидности, а также на концепциях самосохранительного поведения, семейного благополучия, качества жизни населения и нормализации жизни инвалидов. Кроме того, в обзоре рассмотрены данные, отражающие мнение респондентов о механизмах социальной реабилитации, мерах государственной и общественной поддержки, а также о проявлениях стигматизации мужчин с инвалидностью. Выявлены изменения общественного отношения к инвалидности, однако также обнаружена проблема научно-методологического характера по обеспечению разработки стратегии эффективной программы социальной, медицинской и психологической реабилитации мужчины с инвалидностью, в частности участников специальной военной операции, в семейной, трудовой и общественной сферах жизни.
Таким образом, данный научный обзор вносит вклад в развитие социологии инвалидности, предлагая комплексный анализ современных подходов и их применимости в российском контексте. Проанализированные данные позволяют сформулировать рекомендации по модернизации социальной политики, включая развитие междисциплинарных реабилитационных программ и учёт гендерной специфики при работе с мужчинами-инвалидами.
