形成Far Eastern Federal District儿童健康的气候地理因素

论证。Far Eastern Federal District具有一系列特征,尤其是在气候地理方面,因此在制定旨在维护和促进儿童与青少年健康的预防措施时,必须结合该地区的区域特点,采取有针对性的科学依据与方法。
目的。研究气候地理因素对Far Eastern Federal District儿童健康形成的影响。
方法。本研究为一项回顾性、分析性、观察性相关(生态)研究。基于生物气候严酷指数和标准等效有效气温的年均值,对该宏观区域各地区的气候特征进行了综合评估。对2013—2023年间Far Eastern Federal District各主体相关指标的数值及其动态变化进行了特征性描述。研究了气候因素对Far Eastern Federal District各主体0—14岁儿童和15—17岁青少年健康状况的影响。
结果。发现Far Eastern Federal District各主体在生物气候严酷指数和正常等效有效温度的等级排序方面具有相似性。所分析指标在变异性、年度差异性及动态稳定性方面呈现出非均质特征。明确了气候舒适度最优和最差的年份,这些年份在两项指标上的表现一致。研究证实,正常等效有效温度是评估远东地区气候严酷度更为敏感的指标。确定了儿童和青少年初发病率与生物气候舒适度指标之间的相关关系。揭示了两个年龄组初发病率与生物气候严酷指数和正常等效有效温度之间相关关系的共性与特性。
结论。所得结果可作为进一步研究儿童与青少年健康受损的区域性风险因素的基础,并为制定针对该宏观区域的健康维护与促进措施提供科学依据。
