分析现代武装冲突期间俄罗斯联邦武装部队医疗服务军事单位牙医的工作量。研究包括两个阶段:前瞻性 — 针对患者(对应征入伍的公民进行口腔预防性检查)和针对军事行动期间军事单位牙科医疗结果的回顾性分析(预防性检查数据、军人口腔卫生日历计划、军区首席牙医的报告)确定,干部军人对口腔卫生的需求量平均为72%,而应征服兵役的志愿者和公民则高达81%,部队牙医和医院牙医的负担增加。平均85.4%的军人需要门诊牙科治疗,每名军人有5.6 颗牙齿需要治疗:龋齿 — 3.8 颗;牙髓治疗 — 0.8 颗;需要拔除 — 1 颗牙齿;在需要修复的牙齿中,每人有7.4颗牙齿。值得注意的是,作战行动的性质、医疗后送阶段的工作量、团医疗队和旅医疗连提供牙科治疗的必要力量和手段的可用性都是决定性标准,并不总是能够部署牙科工具包进行全面作业,能够不仅有计划地提供口腔病理治疗,而且还能在紧急情况下提供治疗。只有在单独的医疗营或者特别医疗分队内的牙科诊室,才能为这类医疗服务提供令人满意的条件。特此提出作为在军事行动期间向俄罗斯联邦武装部队医疗服务军事单位提供牙科医疗的完善建议。牙科诊所应配备便携式涡轮牙科设备,这是在实战条件下证明自己最有效的设备,还应配备便携式X射线牙科设备,这将大大提高牙科病理诊断和治疗的质量。除此之外,由于医疗耗材补充困难,每位牙医都应及时领用这些设备,并控制其领用量,因为只有36.6%的医疗单位配备了固定的牙科耗材,这就需要及时采取措施,建立稳定的补充制度。
