Аннотация
The article analyzes energy consumption of households in separate developed countries and in Russia over the period 1990–2014, factors affecting the energy consumption, as well as the structure of energy-consuming processes and energy carriers. The main long-term global trends in household energy consumption are presented along with Russian specifics.
