Аннотация
The article describes approaches to assessing the role of the mechanism of investment development of economic. An analysis of the characteristics of the investment process in Russia in the 2000s–2010s has been conducted. The possibilities of eliminating the identified imbalances by improving investment policy of the government have been considered. Particular attention has been paid to the problems of forming models of the investment development of Russian economy in the medium term.
