详细

The properties of an field electron emitter, the surface of which is obtained by the decomposition of benzene molecules on the iridium tip, have been studied. As a result, a graphite crystal is formed at the top of the tip. Resistance of molecules of residual gases to adsorption, as well as the possibility of localizing emission by adsorption and intercalation of alkali metal atoms are shown.
