Аннотация
Tissue localization and the co-expression of the phosphorylated and nonphosphorylated parts of the p38 MAP kinase cascade in the reparative process are studied via confocal and fluorescence microscopy using a model of a skin–muscle wound. It is established that the peak of the cascade activity falls on the third day. The advantages of laser confocal microscopy to assess the co-expression of regulatory cascades and the possibility of numerically evaluating the analyzed changes are demonstrtaed.
