Deriving an Equation for the Magnetization Frozen into a Continuous Medium

An equation for the magnetization frozen into a continuous medium is derived in ferrohydrodynamics with equilibrium magnetization. It is shown that when the condition of magnetic equilibrium is violated, a magnetic fluid can be considered ideal if the magnetization is frozen into the medium.
