Аннотация

Основные успехи в лекарственном лечении больных немелкоклеточным раком лёгкого (НМРЛ) связаны с таргетной терапией. Она высокоэффективна при наличии активирующих мутаций в опухоли и в целом хорошо переносится. Серьёзные нежелательные явления регистрируются значительно реже, чем при проведении химиотерапии. Есть существенные отличия и в профиле токсичности. Раннее распознавание, правильная и своевременная коррекция осложнений таргетной терапии необходимы для успешного длительного лечения пациентов с диссеминированным НМРЛ.
