Современные подходы к лечению псевдомиксомы брюшины

Аннотация

Псевдомиксомы брюшины — редкий вид прогрессии опухолей интраабдоминальной локализации, преимущественно червеобразного отростка, выражающийся в диффузном муцинозном канцероматозе вне зависимости от степени дифференцировки первичной опухоли. Несмотря на длительную историю разработки эффективных методов лечения, прогноз при псевдомиксоме все же остается неудовлетворительным. В данной статье проведен анализ литературы, посвященной различным аспектам генеза опухоли; представлен опыт торакального отделения РОНЦ им. Н.Н. Блохина РАМН по лечению пациентов с псевдомиксомой брюшины с использованием оригинальной техники циторедуктивных операций и интраперитонеальной гипертермической химиоперфузии, проведен подробный анализ непосредственных и отдаленных результатов лечения.
