Аннотация
Политические боты стали важным инструментом политтехнологов. Во всех важнейших электоральных процессах в мире было зафиксировано активное использование чат-ботов в социальных сетях. При этом исследователи выявили негативное влияние таких ботов на политические процессы. Деструктивный характер политических ботов заключается в том, что они являются цифровыми инструментами манипулирования общественным сознанием. В связи с этим возникает необходимость в установлении правовых рамок и границ для использования таких систем искусственного интеллекта в социополитических коммуникациях. На основе анализа опыта зарубежных стран в статье обоснована необходимость законодательного закрепления принципа прозрачности систем искусственного интеллекта, что позволит обязать разработчиков и владельцев таких систем маркировать их. Информирование пользователей о том, что они взаимодействует с системой искусственного интеллекта, позволит снизить риск манипулирования общественным сознанием.
