Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен вопросам выбора тактики лечения больных с аортальным стенозом. Представлены основные методы хирургической коррекции данного состояния. Обоснована эффективность транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана. Проанализированы результаты исследований, сравнивающих исходы хирургической и эндоваскулярной коррекции аортального стеноза. Особое внимание уделено выбору метода лечения у пациентов с аортальным стенозом и коронарным шунтированием в анамнезе. Сделано заключение о перспективности транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана в этой когорте больных.
