Abstract
The NetTestBox combined hardware–software complex, which supports measurement of IP network performance metrics, is created. The metrics are intended for estimation of the quality of Internet connections. The basic aspects of the implementation of measurements of one-way network delays in the complex are described. The selection of a network time protocol server for NetTestBox is evaluated. Results of measurements of the duration of the main components of a network delay are presented.
