Abstract

Laser interferometric plants for measurements of variations in the deformations of the Earth’s crust and oscillations of atmospheric pressure in the infrasonic and low-frequency sonic ranges are described. The plants are situated at four sites in the Far East. Using as an example the results obtained at the marine station at Shul’ts, it is shown that the use of these plants to determine the primary sources of oscillations and waves in a wide range of frequencies represents a highly efficient approach.
