Аннотация
На сегодняшний день изучение коморбидности со стороны кожи и желудочно-кишечного тракта является важной задачей. В последние годы появляется все больше работ, подтверждающих роль кишечной микрофлоры в развитии различных заболеваний организма человека, в том числе кожных болезней. Так, ось «кишечник–кожа» отображает влияние кишечной микробиоты на функциональность и состав врожденной и адаптивной иммунной системы, и наоборот. Механизмы, посредством которых микробиом кишечника влияет на здоровье кожи, все еще до конца не изучены. Для поиска новых способов лечения кожных заболеваний человека необходимо углубить наше понимание связи между микробиомом кожи и кишечника. Этой глобальной задаче и посвящена наша работа.
