Оценка влияния множественного отцовства на иммунный статус детенышей сирийского хомяка (Mesocricetus auratus, Cricetidae, Rodentia)

Аннотация
Оценивали влияние феномена множественного отцовства на приобретенный иммунитет у детенышей сирийского хомяка. Сравнивали контрольную группу (одиночное отцовство) и опытную (множественное отцовство). Тип отцовства определяли по 10 микросателлитным локусам. В возрасте 33 дней детенышей иммунизировали Т-зависимым антигеном (гемоцианин фиссуреллы, KLH) и измеряли уровень специфических антител (анти-KLH IgG) c интервалом в 5 дней. Не было выявлено достоверных различий в концентрации анти-KLH IgG в сыворотке крови детенышей из выводков с множественным отцовством и выводков, полученных от одного самца. Таким образом, наши результаты не подтверждают гипотезу о том, что множественное отцовство усиливает иммунитет детенышей сирийского хомяка.
