Аннотация
Рецептор ароматических углеводородов (AhR) представляет собой цитоплазматический рецептор и фактор транскрипции, который, путем связывания со специфическими лигандами, регулирует широкий спектр биологических и токсикологических эффектов, включая детоксикацию ксенобиотиков, поддержание тканевого гомеостаза, регуляцию иммунного ответа. В этом обзоре рассматриваются структура и функции AhR. Подробно рассмотрены механизмы гомеостаза кожи c участием рецептора ароматических углеводородов, в частности, влияние на окислительные реакции, участие в поддержании барьерной функции эпидермиса. Освещена его роль в патогенезе атопического дерматита, показано участие AhR в реализации иммунных механизмов этого заболевания, в регуляции выработки ключевых белков кожного барьера. Представлены данные о терапевтическом значении его фармакологической модуляции, в частности результатов клинических исследований топического лиганда AhR тапинарофа. Продемонстрирована роль рецептора ароматических углеводородов в реализации эффекта фототерапии атопического дерматита.
