Язвенный колит. К 180-летию описания Карлом Рокитанским

Аннотация

В статье названы основные исторические вехи в описании и изучении язвенного колита со времен Гиппократа и до наших дней. Первое описание морфологической картины неспецифического язвенного колита (НЯК) представлено венским патологоанатомом Карлом Рокитанским в 1842 г. Термин «язвенный колит» предложил С. Уилкс (S. Wilks) в 1859 г. Подробное описание заболевания в 1875 г. продемонстрировали Уилкс и Моксон (S. Wilks, W. Moxon). В самостоятельную нозологическую форму НЯК выделен в 1888 г. английским врачом Уайтом (W. White). Боас (Boas) в 1903 г. впервые представил дифференциальную диагностику НЯК и хронической дизентерии. Термин «неспецифический язвенный колит» в России впервые введен А.С. Казаченко в докладе на XIII Съезде российских хирургов в 1913 г.
