Аннотация
Аннотация. Анализируется взаимосвязь синдрома обструктивного апноэ во сне (СОАС) и нарушений углеводного обмена. Представлены данные клинических исследований, в которых СОАС рассматривается как фактор риска развития сахарного диабета 2-го типа (СД2). Приведен анализ наиболее значимых факторов, влияющих на прогрессирование нарушений углеводного обмена у пациентов с СОАС. Рассматривается возможность коррекции СОАС у больных СД2 в качестве модифицируемого фактора риска.
