Resumo

This article describes the results of the Phobos 2 interplanetary mission, launched in 1988, and presents some prospective scenarios for studying near-Mars space, including the return of regolith samples from Mars’ natural satellites. It also presents a tentative design of an interplanetary station aimed at solving these problems and discusses its possible scientific payloads.
