Abstract
The microstructure and the thermal conductivity of the ceramic layers of thermal barrier coatings of various compositions, which are deposited by medium-frequency magnetron sputtering of zirconium alloy targets, are studied. The change in the thermal conductivity as a function of the microstructure and thickness of the ceramic layer is investigated.
