Resumo
Quantum magnetic oscillations of the density of states of a weakly doped graphene bilayer in the presence of a voltage on the gate have been studied. It has been shown that there are additional peaks in the spectrum of oscillations, when the chemical potential is located in the region of the inverted (owing to the voltage on the gate) part of the energy spectrum. Owing to the inverted band structure, quantum oscillations also exist in undoped graphene, when the chemical potential is inside the band gap. A clear physical interpretation of the results is given.
