Сравнительная оценка влияния наночастиц оксида меди и сульфата меди на структурно-функциональные характеристики Thalassiosira weissflogii в условиях накопительного культивирования

Исследовано влияние наночастиц оксида меди (500, 1000, 2000 мкг/л) и ионов меди (37.5, 75, 150 мкг/л) на морфологические, структурно-функциональные и флуоресцентные параметры диатомовой микроводоросли Thalassiosira weissflogii в условиях длительного культивирования. Показано, что медь в ионной форме более токсична для данного вида микроводоросли, чем в виде нанооксида. Характер воздействия меди в ионной и наноформе на клетки Thalassiosira weissflogii имел как схожие черты, так и существенные отличия. Выявлено различие в действие исследуемых токсикантов на рост водорослей и работу их фотосинтетического аппарата. Добавление ионов меди в культивационную среду приводило к длительной лаг-фазе на начальном этапе эксперимента с последующим восстановлением роста на 3–6 сут экспозиции. Увеличение концентрации наночастиц оксида меди в среде вызывало торможение роста водорослей без выраженной лаг-фазы. С ростом концентрации Cu2+ в культуральной среде наблюдалось снижение квантовой эффективности утилизации световой энергии фотосинтетическим комплексом ФС II и относительной максимальной скорости электронного транспорта, тогда как наночастицы оксида меди слабо влияли на эффективность работы фотосинтетического аппарата Thalassiosira weissflogii. При повышении концентрации меди как в ионной форме, так и в форме нанооксида у водорослей отмечено увеличение объема клеток, изменение их формы и гранулярности, увеличение продукции активных форм кислорода, подавление ферментативной активности и снижение значений автофлуоресценции отдельных клеток в красной области спектра.
